The HICG Hong Kong Operational Headquarters of International Reception Hall was Established

On May 27th, the Launch Ceremony of the HICG Hong Kong Operational Headquarters of International Reception Hall was held at K11, Hong Kong. This is the second International Reception Hall set up by HICG with the support of GASME, following the opening of the Shanghai Operational Center in September last year.

Christian Wulff, GASME Honorary Chairman and former President of Germany, and Carlos Magariños, GASME Global Chairman and former Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), sent video congratulatory messages for this event. Frank Cao, Executive Chairman and Secretary-General of GASME, Wang Qing, President of the China-Japan Industrial Investment Promotion Association and Executive Chairman of the GASME Japan Industrial Cooperation Committee, Lu Yiran, HICG Chairman and Senior Vice Chairman of the GASME Sustainable Development Committee, Xu Yongdong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Fujian Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and Chief Partner of Tuowei Law Firm, Wei Baolong, Vice President of the Shanghai Public Relations Association and Chairman of Shanghai Zhenwei Investment Development Co., Ltd., Jack Hemingway, the Designing Director of film and television works and projects such as Star Wars, Superman, and the American Space Museum, as well as the management team of FIREWATCH, and Representatives from the Rockefeller Foundation East Foundation and others attended the ceremony.

Chairman Wulff emphasized in his video speech that providing high-quality cross-border professional services to support the global development of enterprises is an important responsibility of the HICG International Reception Hall.

Chairman Magariños mentioned in the video congratulatory message that Hong Kong, as the gateway for foreign capital to influx into China, is also the springboard for Chinese enterprises to expand overseas markets. Providing quality services to those seeking to go abroad, while warmly receiving those interested in entering into the Chinese market, are the driving forces for the International Reception Hall to be rooted here.

Secretary-General Cao said in his speech that GASME and HICG jointly established the International Reception Hall first to meet the needs of "Chinese enterprises going global and bringing foreign enterprises in"; Second the needs for the deep integration of HICG's high-quality professional service resources and the rich enterprise resources of GASME. The HICG International Reception Hall is a brand new global public service platform, positioned as an incubator for cross-border investments by enterprises. GASME and HICG aim to create a high-speed, efficient, and high-end cross-border investment channel for enterprises around the world. Following the principle of “extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits”, we will continue to establish International Reception Halls in global regional center cities such as Singapore, New York, and Dubai to empower the global development of enterprises.

At the Dinner Banquet held that evening, Secretary-General Cao also wrote a poem for the establishment of the HICG Hong Kong Operational Headquarters of International Reception Hall: “The miles long harbor stops guests to pass by, Facing the Golden Bauhinia Square, the skyscrapers tower into the sky.
